I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I feel like I can't fulfill the request. If a design is too complicated I may ask for additional payment.
Once I have received full payment I will start on your commission. If you need a refund we can discuss it based on where I am in the process!
I'll send updates through the sketching and line art phases for any revisions. Completion time is usually 3-5 days, but if there is a delay for any reason I will let you know. If you have a deadline, please let me know in advance!
